Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging. Request within 7 days of delivery via sales@trimurtimetals.in or 7016156539 with order ID + photo/video of issue.

Approved returns: Damaged, defective, or wrong product shipped. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Not returnable: used products, copper products after use, gift cards.

Refund: After inspection (48 hrs), refund to original payment method within 5-7 working days. Shipping charges non-refundable unless error is ours.

Exchange: Only for defective/wrong item, subject to stock.
